Enjoy a meal at Seagrass Restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine and more with an exclusive menu rarely found in the Northern Territory. Nobody will go home unsatisfied after an ocean view dining experience under the stars.
Although ingredients have to be flown or shipped to the island, they couldn’t be fresher or more diversified. While vegetarians can indulge in the restaurant’s garden salad with fresh goat’s cheese and cranberries sprinkled with homemade orange and honey dressing, plus other selected vegetarian meals, the stars on the menu are the spicy Thai Marinated Sirloin and the famous Prawns and Reef Fish Pizza.
Appetisers and entrees range from Bloody Mary Oyster shots to Turkish bread with a range of mouth-watering dips. Dessert lovers can indulge in sweets such as the smooth-textured, rich Chocolate Mousse or our homemade Gelato.
