Although ingredients have to be flown or shipped to the island, they couldn’t be more selected. While vegetarians can indulge in the restaurant’s
garden salad with fresh goats cheese and cranberries, sprinkled with a homemade orange and honey dressing and other selected vegetarian meals, the stars on the menu are the spicy Thai marinated sirloin steak and the famous prawns and reef fish pizza.
