About the Chef:
Prior to taking the on the executive chef position at Red Bill Restaurant, Jesse Emerton-King has held a number of roles within the Sydney food scene along with overseas stints in England and Germany. “There is a real food scene in Perth, and people are keen to try new dishes which is great to see,” says Emerton-King. “What I can promise is that our diners will enjoy delicious produce-driven contemporary Australian cuisine.”
