"We stay at this hotel every year due to a dance (physie) competition in the area and we love it. The hotel is in a great spot! Very easy to get too and right across from the Westfield. There are various restaurants in close proximity and the hotel has parking available for no extra cost. The check-in process is easy, and the staff are always friendly and helpful (special mention to Tara who is an absolute gem). The rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable, with great views no matter what side you are on. We definitely recommend this place and love coming back each year."

"Large clean rooms. Great location, easy access by car once you get your head around the one way streets in Ultimo, or just use your GPS. Light rail close by, ten minute walk to Central Station. Close to Darling Harbour and lots of good resturants."
"We booked this spot for marathon weekend and the location could not have been better. The absolute highlight was Sunday morning around 8:30 AM when the race came right past our building. I had my morning coffee and stood by the open window in the crisp spring air, looking down at the massive crowd of runners. I was actually able to spot my husband jogging along the course and leaned out to wave and yell down to him, which was an extremely perfect moment that made the whole trip for us. The apartment layout was so comfortable for relaxing after all that excitement, and everything was spotless when we checked in. The staff at the front desk were really friendly whenever we walked past in the afternoon too. We had a great stay in Sydney and loved being this close to the water."

"A real Sydney gem. An easy 10 min walk from Central through lovely streets. A very safe and quiet area - we walked home from the theatre at 10.30pm. Room was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. Staff were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent value with plenty of options. The dining room is lovely - running water feature and pot plants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again - a short walk to light rail and Paddy’s, Chinatown, Darling Harbour etc."

The staff were excellent, and I especially appreciated the duty manager (Sonam) accommodating my late check-out request. The room was clean and the facilities were good overall.
"This property was in a great location. Walk to esplanade and Crocosaurus. Easy drive to most sites. Woolworths next door and lots of eating options available. The apartment was great and room service everyday was a bonus. There was a pool but the sails were missing so too hot to access most of the day. Staff were very friendly and attentive."
