Metro Hotel on Canning to host inaugural Bridal Open Day

One of Perth's best known bridal reception venues, Metro Hotel on Canning in South Perth, is inviting all brides-to-be to attend its inaugural Bridal Open Day on August 27 from 10am-5pm.

The Open Day will feature displays from local wedding suppliers including florists, cake-makers, make-up artists, hair-stylists, men's suit hire, DJs, lingerie, linen accessories, photographers, wine suppliers, wedding car hire services and celebrants.

The Open Day also presents an opportunity for brides to view the Hotel's City Lights function room, which caters for up to 150 guests and takes in stunning views of Perth's Swan River.

The Hotel's experienced Wedding Co-ordinator and staff will be on hand to meet with brides for a free consultation to discuss catering options, entertainment and other reception services offered by the Hotel, and to take brides on a tour of the Hotel's accommodation facilities.

Dedicated wedding staff will also be available to discuss the Hotel's competitive reception packages, priced from $99 per person*.

Brides are encouraged to add their own special touches to existing bridal packages, which include room hire and set up (all tables, chairs, linen etc included), wait staff, catering, house wine, beer and soft drinks, as well as in-house entertainment. Or brides can work with the Hotel's wedding co-ordinator to plan their own unique reception.

The Hotel's reception packages include complimentary overnight accommodation for the bride and groom on the night of the reception, with champagne, chocolates and fully cooked breakfast. The happy couple will then be picked up from the Hotel by a luxury limousine service the following day**.
